To be considered Most Loved, your store must meet all of the following:

  • 25 or more lifetime orders

  • A lifetime average rating of 4.5 stars or higher

  • Uploaded logo and header images on your store page

  • Menu prices that closely match in-store pricing

  • Meet all monthly performance goals

No application is required. DoorDash automatically reviews Marketplace performance data to identify merchants that meet the Most Loved criteria.

To remain eligible, your business must:

  • Keep avoidable cancellations under 1.1%, meaning fewer than 1.1% of orders canceled for reasons within your control.

  • Maintain a missing or incorrect item rate below 2%.

Sustain a lifetime average rating of 4.5 or higher.

Your lifetime rating reflects every customer review since joining DoorDash—your long-term reputation.
Your monthly rating is based on reviews from the most recent 30 days, providing a short-term snapshot.

Note: Average monthly ratings are temporarily paused and excluded from Most Loved qualification.

Performance is evaluated monthly, and recognition is based on meeting the program’s eligibility metrics during each review cycle.
